Due to the perishable nature of wine and legal restrictions regarding alcohol shipping, all sales are final once they leave our cellar. If you encounter a corked or damaged bottle, please reach out within 30 days and we will make it right with a credit or replacement.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Examine your wine immediately upon arrival for any signs of leakage, breakage, or extreme temperature exposure during transit.

  • 2.
    Contact Customer Support

    If you discover a faulty bottle, email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • 3.
    Provide Documentation

    Attach a photo of the damaged bottle or the cork for quality control purposes so we can document the issue with the winery.

  • 4.
    Receive Account Credit

    Once verified, we will issue a credit to your Last Bottle account to be used toward your next favorite find.
