This is one of those kinds of liquid cashmere Cabernets – velvety, soft tannins, unimaginably silky and smooth as it glides across the tongue, but tightly wound, deviously dark, and seductively mysterious too. Black cherries, lilacs, peonies, fresh pipe tobacco, and this charred rosemary and graphite intensity. Decant this and watch it unfold before your eyes or tuck away for a few (or more!) years – either way, there’s something truly EPIC about this beauty!

Scintillating, utterly top-notch CABS just like this is the happy result, and as simply jaw-dropping as this is NOW…it’s only going to get better over the next several years. Jason Moore’s Modus Operandi Cabernet from the same site scored an impeccable 97 points – and while this isn’t as plush and oak-driven at that flashy and cult-y style of Napa Cab – there’s no questioning the kinship to the flavor profile – utterly CLASSIC Coombsville through and through, making for an INCREDIBLE, age-worthy, pedigreed and layered, Coombsville Cab that seriously over-delivers at our insane price!
