The legendary Aimé Sabon started the estate in the 70s, handing it over to his children – who have continued to impress – the critics, other CdP estates, the whole of France, and grizzled ol’ wine slingers like us! They’ve cracked the 100-point mark more than a few times, and just seem to be on a never-ending ROLL of ginormous proportions.
