Vaudesir (voh-des-eer) is all about that Kimmeridgian limestone — a compacted ancient oyster bed of bi-valveian beauty, loaded with silty clay, and granting the sort of minerality, complexity, and fidelity that makes Chablis the spiritual heart of Chardonnay in the souls of wine lovers the world over!
